Although the WCHR is a semi governmental organization, but it has engaged with CSOs by providing information and helping in fact-finding through the following partnerships:

External Relations
1. WCHR has participated in the woman Status in New York, 2009.
2. Meeting with the High Commissioner for Human Rights in New York. He was briefed of the woman status in Sudan and WCHR' activities as well as his connection with United Nations agencies.
3. WCHR has participated in the Human Rights Council in Geneva, 2009.
4. WCHR has participated in the Three Drafurian Committee Reports on the violence against woman in Nyala.
5. The form regarding the government efforts to end violence against woman has been submitted to the head of the General Directorate for Family and Woman.
6. Meeting has been conducted with the Sudan Council of Voluntary Agencies SCOVA to guaranty the external participation of the center under SCOVA's umbrella.
7. Partnership with the National Association for Human Rights in Jeddah
8. Networking with similar organization in Jordan, Syria and Egypt. As a result contact has been established with Amman Center for Human Rights Studies ACHRS.
9. External Cooperation Form has been filled out.
10. Meeting with the under-secretary regarding the WCHR external participations.
11. Confining the similar regional and international organizations for the purpose of establishing networks and exchanging expediencies.
12. Confining the opportunities for the educational and trainings scholarships to build the woman capacity in different aspects.
13. Coordination has been made to initiate joint activities in collaboration with the Ministry of Social Solidarity in Egypt trough the Department of External Cooperation in the Ministry.
14. Contacting the Internal Security Organization through the internet to support the Center's training activities in the field of the election and other technical aspects. We are expecting their fund to conduct Training on the Election in the South.
15. Attended a workshop organized by Labna's Organization to evaluate the woman status committee in the United Nations.
16. WCHR participated in the African Organizations Congress which has been organized by the Nation al Group for Human Rights.
17. WCHR participated in the International Congress for the Countries of the Great Lakes to implement the protocols, activate the mechanisms and set the priorities.
18. Meeting with the Sudanese Woman Union to arrange for the Darfurian Woman Congress which is coordinated by the Sudanese woman in UK.
19. Memorandum of Understanding has been signed with the Strategic Center for Peace Studies in Vienna.
20. The Partnership Organization for the Development of Africa has been contacted for the purpose of exchanging experiences.
21. IFES has been contacted to exchange experiences in the field of election.
22. Contacting the United Nation Regional Institute for Crime and Justice Researches in Rome.
